Search when you need it.

One credit pays for one formal face search, confirmed by you while the service is available. Buying credits does not start a search. A credit is used once the search has been accepted. Zero results, a later technical failure, or a timeout do not automatically return that credit. Unresolved searches are checked before another charge; support can review eligible technical compensation, which is not automatic.

Available credits have no calendar expiration, whether bought once or added by a subscription. Refund adjustments and account deletion are separate from expiration. Saved search results have their own 30-day retention period.

Yes. Unused credits carry forward. Each successfully paid week adds 3 credits on Weekly, and each successfully paid month adds 12 credits on Monthly. Subscription renewal replenishes your credits; it does not run a search automatically.

Request cancellation in Account → Credits & Billing. Once confirmed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals. You keep your existing available credits. Canceling does not automatically refund past payments; refund requests are reviewed separately.

No. Reopening available saved results, filtering them, and opening source links use no extra credits. Results are retained for 30 days, unless deleted earlier. Running a new search is a separate search and uses a credit.

Within 7 days of payment, you can request a full refund if none of that order’s credits have been used. Contact support through the Contact page. Eligibility is based on when your request is received; credit use and any searches in progress are checked before an approved refund is processed through Stripe. Submitting a request does not issue an automatic refund. See Terms for details; your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
