1. Accepting these terms

By using aifacesearch.net, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how photos, account information and search data are handled, including retention and deletion choices.

2. Who can use the service

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and comply with applicable law. Use only photos you own or are authorized to use, and respect the rights of the people shown in them.

3. Responsible use

Use photo search to explore public sources, with permission and independent judgment.

Allowed

Search your own photos.
Research photos you are authorized to use.
Review possible matches from public sources.

Not allowed

Harass, stalk, threaten or impersonate someone.
Bypass privacy settings or access restrictions.
Use results for employment, housing, credit, insurance, law-enforcement or other consequential decisions.
Misrepresent possible matches as verified identity.

4. What search results mean

Possible matches are not identity verification

Similarity scores rank visual resemblance. They are not identity probabilities, background checks or proof that two photos show the same person.

Review the original source for context.
Treat uncertain matches as uncertain.
A high score does not establish identity.

5. Public sources and third-party sites

Coverage

Results depend on what is publicly accessible and available to the search service. No specific platform, particular match or complete list of a person’s public accounts is guaranteed.

External pages

Third-party pages may change, require sign-in, disappear or contain inaccurate information. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Review the original source before relying on a result.

6. Accounts, credits and paid services

Keep your account secure. Web accounts, credits and purchases are independent of any other app. Sign in with Google before purchasing. The following rules apply to current credit purchases, subscriptions and searches.

Credits and searches

1 credit = 1 formal search. Sign in and explicitly confirm before a search starts. Buying credits does not automatically start a search.
Available credits roll over and have no calendar expiration. Refund adjustments and account deletion are separate from expiration.
A credit is used once a formal search has been accepted. Zero results, a later technical failure or a timeout do not automatically return that credit. Unresolved searches are checked before another charge is made.
Opening sources, filtering results and reopening available saved results use no extra credits. Saved results are retained for 30 days unless deleted sooner; a new search uses another credit.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Weekly: $6.99 per week. 3 credits are added for each successfully paid week.
Monthly: $19.99 per month. 12 credits are added for each successfully paid month.
Subscriptions renew automatically each week or month until future renewals are canceled. A failed renewal does not add new credits.
Manage cancellation in Account → Credits & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period once confirmed. Future renewals stop and existing available credits remain. A pending request is not yet a confirmed cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments.

One-time purchases

3 credits for $6.99 · 10 credits for $17.99 · 30 credits for $49.99.

One payment, with no recurring subscription. Credits are added after payment is verified and have no calendar expiration.

Refunds and technical reviews

Within 7 days of payment, you can request a full refund if none of that order’s credits have been used. Requests are reviewed based on when we receive your request. Contact support@aifacesearch.net with your order reference; do not send full card details. We check credit use again before processing an approved refund, including any searches still in progress. Submitting a request does not issue a refund.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. We withdraw the refunded order’s eligible credits without taking credits from other orders or creating a negative balance. An approved subscription refund also includes a request to stop future renewals; refund and cancellation confirmations are tracked separately. Partly used orders have no standard prorated refund; exceptional cases are reviewed individually.

For a search problem, contact support for review. If a technical fault leaves a search unrecoverable, support may grant one replacement credit, at most once for that search. This is separate from a cash refund and is not automatic. These rules do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or any applicable payment-platform refund rights.

Checkout and payment confirmation

Prices are in USD. Review the final total at Stripe checkout before paying. You purchase the service from aifacesearch.net; Stripe processes the payment. Credits are added only after server-side payment verification. A return to this website alone does not confirm payment; check Credits & Billing if payment is still being confirmed.

Pricing & credits

7. Suspension and account deletion

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or systems, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.

You may request account deletion through Account → Privacy & data. After verification and acceptance, account access is revoked, cleanup begins and stopping future renewals is processed. Completion is confirmed after the required actions finish.

The deletion confirmation explains that remaining credits are forfeited, history cannot be restored and deletion does not automatically issue a cash refund. Existing refund requests continue to be handled separately. Deleting aifacesearch.net data does not delete third-party source content.

8. Availability and service limits

Service availability and accessible sources can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular match, complete coverage or that a source page is accurate. A search may finish with no results.

The service helps you find possible sources to review. It does not replace independent verification or professional advice for consequential decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
